Refund policy
RETURNS
We absolutely want you to love your purchase! Therefore, we are happy to offer a return policy on some* of our items [see below for exceptions]. You must contact us via email within 3 days of the package being marked as delivered. Once approved, you will have 5 business days to ship your item back to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused [unworn and unwashed] and in the same new condition in which it was delivered. Original packaging is encouraged but is not required.
EXEMPT FROM RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns on anything that is personalized.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return an item to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on the original method of payment, some refunds may take longer to reflect on your statement but proof of a refund will be provided.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. For your convenience, we provide size charts for all apparel items. Referencing the size charts will give you the best idea of which size to choose to best suit your needs. When in doubt, please reach out to us for assistance prior to finalizing your order.
