Shipping policy

Most items are typically shipped out from our studio via USPS or UPS within 10-14 business days (Mon-Fri). Holidays do not count as business days. If an order is placed on a weekend, the following Monday will count as the first business day. 

All items are custom made to order which is the reason behind our turnaround time. Only items specifically listed as "ready to ship" are guaranteed to leave our studio sooner than our posted turnaround time. 

*This policy applies to standard web orders only and excludes all bulk orders, spirit wear, and fundraisers.

Depending on the items ordered and their shipping destination, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number so you'll be able to follow your package every step of the way! Shipping times can vary depending on the postal service and a variety of other factors that are beyond our control. 

Please keep in mind that while we try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive within a reasonable timeframe, once the package is in the hands of the postal service, Sea Pine Designs no longer has control of it and it's journey to you. Claims for missing, damaged, or lost packages should be submitted through the postal service.
